Do we need to know what we want before we talk to you?
No. Bring a goal, a problem or an idea you want to test. Working out what’s worth doing is part of the job.
We’ve already started using AI. Can you still help?
Yes. Tell us what you’ve tried and what you want from it. We’ll review what you have, then build on it or train your team to get more from it.
Will you always recommend AI?
No. Sometimes the answer is better use of software you already pay for, or a change to how the work is done. We recommend what serves your goal.
If we buy an assessment, do we have to buy implementation?
No. They’re separate decisions. You can act on the assessment with us, with someone else or on your own.
Who does the technical work?
We take responsibility for delivery. When a project needs specialist skills, we bring in the right people and manage the work. Your proposal sets out who is involved.
How much of our team’s time will it take?
It depends on the work, and we agree it before we start. We tell you who we need to speak to and roughly how long it will take.
How is the work priced?
We scope each piece of work first, then quote in naira. Your proposal sets out the deliverables, timetable, responsibilities and fee before you commit.
What happens after we get in touch?
We reply to arrange an introductory conversation about your goals and where you are now. If there’s a sensible next step, we propose it. If there isn’t, we say so.
